Apply to a clean, dry surface and wait for the fluid to be thoroughly dry before you apply inks, watercolors, and other mediums over the top. When your design is complete, simply remove the masking fluid from the paper by gently rubbing with your fingertips (or soft rubber eraser) to reveal the untouched, pristine section below.
