I didn’t start 2024 thinking I’d have a line of chocolates or acquire a chocolate company. When I pitched the idea to the one person I thought would tell me it was a bad idea, she actually said the opposite! We developed and sampled chocolate for the last 8 months. Sometimes twice a week to the point where it was like wine tasting. We came up with nearly 20 flavors and narrowed it down to what you see now. Down the road we will release the ones we held back.
